Reverse engineering

  • Precise dimensional analysis realized with laser scanner or white light and /or machines of measurement of coordinates (CMM).
  • Detailed dimensional reports according international standards such as AS9100.

Metallurgical analysis which include:

  • Coating
  • Hardness
  • Tensile Testing
  • Microstructural Examination

Detailed drawing and 3D model:

  • Produce casting definition considering additional stock for machinning.
  • Production drawing and 3D model using statistic data.
